Barbès (pronounced bar-BESS) is a little known neighborhood in Paris' 18th arrondissement. Just east of the famed Church of the Sacré Coeur and Montmartre neighborhood, Barbès is better known for its North African population.

We use this as our foundation to meld modern french cuisine with the flavors of North Africa and the greater Middle East.
